Bookmark extents in HTML5 Viewer

We have several bookmarks defined in our Geocortex site.  These work OK in the Silverlight Viewer, but in the HTML5 Viewer they don't work properly.  The HTML5 Viewer centres the map to the correct location but it zooms to a scale that's too high.

 

We have the HTML5 Viewer 2.5.0 with Geocortex Essentials 4.4.0.

  Hi Mark,

   

  Have you set up an "Override maximum or minimum scale" in GVH manager? That should affect the bookmark scale too.

  Yes, I have set an override maximum scale in the GVH and this does indeed seem to affect the bookmark scale.  However it shouldn't do.  All bookmarks are defined with a particular scale as well as an extent.

   

  If I remove the override maximum scale the bookmark issue goes away, but then I end up with a different problem: the map just can't be zoomed in beyond a certain scale.  (This has nothing to do with cached map services.  The map services are cached to a scale much higher than that at which the map gets stuck at.)
