Scale in the Geocortex viewer for HTML5

The scale box can be easily to the toolbar in the Geocortex Viewer for Silverlight (actually, its added automatically when creating the viewer). However, this element (scale box) is not automatically added to the toolbar when the HTML5 viewer is created, and I am not able to add it by customizing the toolbar in the viewer configuration. Is there a way to add it?
