Lost Viewer Editing Ability

When I try to edit my HTML5 2.5 Viewer, I no longer get any options under teh following sub-screens:

 

Geolocation

 

Home Panel

 

Instant Search

 

Layer List

 

Pushpins

 

Toolbar

 

Optimizer Integration

 

Insight Integration

 

Is there some file I can look into to see where this is disabled?

 

The top half options seem to be working OK. Which are:

 

Viewer Info

 

Application

 

Accessibilty

 

Look and Feel

 

I Want To

 

Map

 

Map Widgets

 

Offline 

 

Anyone know which .js file these are controlled under?
