Draw and Meaure Tools (or any r any multi-tools) Drop Down in a Tablet or Handheld Compact Tool Bar

When adding a draw or measure tool to a compact tool bar to be used in a tablet oor handheld HTML5 viewer, the drop down box (that displays different draw and measure options) does not appear when you click on the tool button. Please work to enhance them to behave the same as they do in a tabbed toolbar.

  Agreed - dissapointed in the lack of drawing capabilities on mobile devices
