is there a way to limit the number of decimal places in a field (type double)?

My users are telling me i have too places past the decimal point displaying in fields (type double)  fro tables and descriptions.  is there a way to truncate, round, or format the way double fields are displayed in geocortex?

  Hi Jeff,

   

  The ability to do this is coming in Geocortex Essentials 4.5 and Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.6. You will be able to configure how numbers and dates are formatted for each field, layer, or map service, including the number of decimal places. These releases are tentatively scheduled for end of this year or early 2016.
