Hello Rod,
We updated our ipad to iOS 9.1 (13B143). Our site loads and works as expected in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.5.1. Could you please try clearing your browser cache?
Thanks

Hello Rod,
As Pandora stated, the QA department is looking into the issue, but we haven't been able to replicate it so far. Is your site secured using ssl or any other type of security method? I know iOS had some security changes in the newest versions that may have resulted in it not accepting or forgetting your certificates.
I was also curious as to which version of iOS you were using before the update to 9.1
Hopefully with this information we will be better equipped to recreate the issue,

Thank you for the replies.
Our site is SSL, it was on iOS before the update and worked,

Hi again Rod,
That picture is very interesting, it is acting like you are trying to load the viewer with no internet connection (though I can tell you have a connection from your image). Is your viewer public or is it hosted within a certain network? It seems like the viewer is trying to access the resources but failing for some reason.
Unfortunately there isn't much I can do without access to the viewer or the ability to troubleshoot directly with you as it could be caused by a number of things. Is it possible for your to contact our support team at Support@Geocortex.com so we can dig deeper into the issue?
In the mean time things to ensure are that you aren't trying to load the viewer in an offline state, via an offline=true url parameter or loading the offline.aspx page (though that offline.aspx page should be gone in 2.5).
Sorry I couldn't be much help,
Cory Purnell
