How the scale changes when zooming in/out
When zooming in/out, the scale changes with no fixed intervals. For example, the initial scale is at 1:82, when I scroll by the mouse to zoom out, it changes to 164 (the zoom interval is 82), and when scrolling one more to zoom out again, the scale stops at 329 (the zoom interval is 165), and so on.
Is there a way to define the zoom intervals that govern the zoom operation, for example setting them to match the caching scales: 1:100,000, 1:50,000, 1:25,000, ……
1- At the initial view, the scale is 1:82

2- When scrolling with the mouse to zoom out, the scale becomes 1:164

3- When zooming out again, the scale becomes 1:329

I believe with the Silverlight viewer that you're using, there is a 'Map Modules' option. In that option there is a 'Settings' tab. Choose 'Snap To Levels' to snap to caching scales as you would in HTML5 by default. 0 -
