Script to Turn All Layers at 6am (MXD Perfstat sort of)
Lots of my data layers do nightly refreshes so they loose the "in memory" availability in SQL Server 2014. The first user to use that layer that day sees slow performance loading it. Once the layer is turned on for the day through Geocortex HTML5 it refreshes quickly for other users. I haven't check if this applies via MXD's.
I was looking for a script to turn all these layers on every morning to "warm it" up via Geocortex.
Maybe there is an ESRI python script I am overlooking that can go through all my Service MXDs? Is MXD Perfstat good for soemthing like this?

Could you create a scheduled task that simply opens the viewer URL with all of the layers turned on, wither with a layer theme or by having a separate site with all your layers set to be visible? 0 -
John thanks for such a simple solution! I created a copy of my main site, turned all the layers on, then published it. I put that new "all on" URL into the scheduled task using the below help. http://superuser.com/questions/447368/set-windows-scheduler-to-open-a-webpage-or-the-bookmark 0
