Resource Center for Geocortex REST API

It seems i can not use my geocortex support login to get to the resource center (https://resources.geocortex.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f).  i want to find out the video about custom activity but i could not find it from the Videos list.

  Hi Yinghong,

   

  I apologize for the confusion. The Resource Center and its content has yet to be migrated to our new system, and is therefore using the old authentication method, so your login for this site will be your old username. I will follow up with you via email.

   

  If anyone else finds they're unable to access the Resource Center, please (To: community@geocortex.com) let me know.
