{AttachmentCount} placeholder

Anyone know if the {AttachmentCount} placeholder is supported in Geocortex Essentials 4.3 / html5 2.4.1 ?

 

It works when the site runs on GE 4.1 / Silverlight 2.2.1, but the placeholder seems to be ignored when running on our new server.

  I just received word from support: It is a confirmed bug (in html5 viewer 2.4 and 2.5).
