Finding Map Element IDs For Use With Viewer Commands

I am trying to use the "RunExternalCommand" activity within a workflow to hide or show map elements, specifically toolbar elements. I have tried the following commands with no success: HideToolBarItem, HideToolbarTab, HideMapElement.

 

I think the issue is in using an incorrect parameter, which is the toolbar or map element id. The problem is that I m not sure how to find map element IDs. There is very little documentation on this that I could find. I have tried using IDs from viewer json.js files with no success.

 

Is there any reference on how to find map element IDs?
