Toggle Buttons do Not Seem to Work with Workflows

I have not been able to get a toggle button to change state when clicked when the command RunWorkFlowById is used. Has anyone had any luck in getting this feature to work in conjunction with a workflow?

  I got this to work. It seems that the two toggle states need to reference two seperate workflows to work.
