Copyright missing on map

Hi,

 

I have set up a copyright, within base map service, but it does not show on the map. But when I do a print oir export, the copyright is shown.

 

Any ideas on why it is not showing?

 

Im an using GE 4.4.0, HTML5 2.5.2

  Hi Halil,

   

  What spatial reference is the base map? We have a known issue when the map is not in Web Mercator (GE-6868). Let us know.

  The spatial reference is British National Grid (wkid: 27700).

  Hi Halil,

   

  It appears that this is a limiting factor of the underlying API currently. We do not have a workaround at this time for supporting the British National Grid.

   

  I will add you to the stakeholders list in our issue tracking system.

  Hi Srikanth,

   

  I'm afraid it's not.  The issue is with the Esri JS API, which ignores the spatial reference for any attribution data that isn't 4326 and Web Mercator.

  Hi,

  Will this be fixed? (Perhaps with ESRI JS API 4.x?)

  I have a customer using 4.12.x and we have replicated it in 4.14.2 ourselves.
