Legend not showing (HTML5 2.5)

I've upgraded from HTML5 2.3 to 2.5.2.  I used to have the legend availabe, but now I don't see it.  The layers still have the "Include in legend" checked.  What gives?

  Hi, Eric,

   

  This issue (internal tracking ID GVH-7982) will be corrected in an upcoming release; it was introduced in 2.5.2 after a fix for a critical bug that involved re-working site initialization and some event bindings. The legend issue was caught too late in the release cycle to correct without delaying the overall release of 2.5.2, but a workaround for 2.5.2 is currently being investigated.
