No layers showing up in Extract Data workflow

Currently our Extract Data Task GP service has two layers listed in Choice List of the Layers_to_Clip parameter. I used this GP service to setup the extract data workflow in our HTML5 GCV, but no layers are showing in Extract Data: Step 1 of 3 display form. Does the issue stem from the fact that the layers in the Viewer do not match the layers in Choice List? There is one layer in the viewer that does match a layer in Choice List, but it does not show up as an option when I run the workflow.

  Did you go through the Simulator in Workflow Designer? This was the error that came up for me:

  It's for the ForEach part of the Select Extract Layers sequence. This should tell you which layers are being read from the Extract Data Task:

  Try clearing your browser cache. You may have to republish the Extract Data Task with layer names that exactly match the names of your layers in your site.
