Print or export with map tip visible

Is there a way to include the map tip in the print or export function?  I know you can get a screen capture, but we have users that would like to have the map tip information available on the printed map or exported image.

  I've wondered about that myself.  I'm not sure if that is an available feature, but our approach was to design a report in report designer, that included the information from the layer that is used in the maptip and included a feature map.

   

  So, in Essential Manager we setup the feature map.

   

  

   

  Then we setup the report, (obviously you can make the map image big or small to your need. 

   

  

   

  then you can create a hyperlink in the maptip to a workflow to run report, toolbar button, or an I want to menu item.  Not sure if that meets your needs, but that's what we did and hope it helps.
