Deprecation Announcement: Support for ArcGIS Server 9.3, 9.3.1, and 10.0

We've updated the (https://support.geocortex.com/deprecationplan) Deprecation Plan for Geocortex Products : Essentials 4.4 and its associated viewers will be the last version to support ArcGIS Server versions 9.3, 9.3.1, or 10. As of Essentials 4.5, the minimum supported version of ArcGIS Server will be 10.1. Similarly, Geocortex Insight 1.0 will be the last version to support ArcGIS Server 10. As with Essentials 4.5, Insight 1.1's minimum supported version of ArcGIS Server will be 10.1.  Moving forward, we will follow Esri's Product Lifecycle Policy (http://support.esri.com/en/content/productlifecycles) available here . This will mean, for instance, that we will end our support for ArcGIS Server 10.1 on January 1st, 2018, to coincide with Esri's retirement of this product.

 

Note that this is not to say that our products will no longer work with these Esri products; rather, it means that we will no longer test Geocortex products with these versions of ArcGIS Server, and we will no longer provide fixes for issues specific to these versions. In the event that you experience an issue related to a retired Esri product, our Support team will work with you to try to provide a suitable workaround.
