Can't login to Essentials manager on server
I installed Geocortex 4.4.0 on a server that is outside of firewall and can't access Essentials Manager while on server however I can connect to it remotely via browser from my workstation.
In post configuration I specified both server name and FQDN for host HTTP entries. Any idea why it works that way? Thanks.

Hi Steve,
Do you get any sort of error when trying to load Manager on the server?
Thanks,

Hi Daniel,
No, no errors. Just blank browser screen that sits there.
Nothing in the application event log either, that would give me additional clues.
Thank you.

Hi Steve,
That's a strange one! I would suggest that you open a support case so that one of our support analysts can have a look remotely.
Thanks,

Hi Steve,
Can you use the browser's developer tools to examine the source of the white page, and/or determine if we are performing an endless redirect?
The sign-in process will use javascript to submit a form after getting your authentication. On a server browser, this may not be allowed and if so, you should see an error in the javascript console.
If we are performing an endless redirect, then the server may be confused about whether or not you are using SSL. If there's a reverse proxy that is doing SSL offloading, then the connection to Essentials will not be secured with SSL. If it's configured to require SSL, then it will try to redirect you to the SSL version of its own URL. That goes back through the SSL offloader and the process repeats.
It could be something totally different too. If this doesn't help, please open a support case so that we can continue investigation.0
