Geocortex Windows Services Control

The Geocortex Core service starts up a number of diverse processes, some of which may not be required or wanted by the customer. latitude would be doing their IT customers a service by providing a means for an administrator to disable unneeded processes, such as Identity service or elastic search, in order to conserve resources.  Geocortex Core Bloat has caused us to increase RAM for services that are not being used, which is a waste of resources.
