Issue adding an AGOL FeatureService to Geocortex

I am trying to add this URL to a Geocortex site but after I do, it completely whites out the screen and I can't see the map until I remove it. Any ideas?

  I had a similar issue when I tried to use a feature service on it's own. I had to add the "parent" map service as well to get any data to display. Not sure if that's the case here or not.

  I got it working by changing the URL of the layer to HTTPS.
