Is there a setting for increasing the resolution on, for example, a jpg format exported map?

  Hello Jean-Francois,

  You can specify the resolution for the Export Map activity or when exporting from the REST export endpoint.

  Hi Stefan, when I set the export resolution (in my ExportMap task) to anything (other than leaving it blank) it shrinks my output map in the report by over 75%. Any idea why this is happening?

  Is there anyway to give the user the ability to change resolution when they choose to Export on the toolbar?

  Laura: I am not sure why this is happening; I'll try to reproduce this issue and let you know.

  Mike: No, this is currently not possible. The export functionality within the viewer is intended to be a quick print of the current map, whereas printing a map using a template supports this behaviour.

  Where can I change the export resolution - when I go into GIS Services, only default format and the the ability to include georeferenced data are available to change...

  Hi Mike,

  This is currently not configurable within Manager. You can specify the resolution when running a workflow containing an Export Map activity or when exporting directly through the REST API page: https://(YourServerName)/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/(YourSiteName)/map/export?f=html

  Hi Laura,

  I am a bit confused by how your workflow is configured. When you changed settings within the Export Map activity, those settings are specific to the activity and do not carry over to when you run a Report activity.

  Can you clarify how your workflow is configured or send a copy of it to sschweigert@latitudegeo.com ?
