Experience with integrating open source services (WMS/WFS)

I am hoping to get some insights into how Geocortex integrates with WMS/WFS services.  We are investigating the open source world and would like to hear from anyone that has experience integrating these types of services with Geocortex technology.  Any insights out there?

  Hello Michael,

  The Geocortex Essentials Administrator Guide.pdf contains a section about OGC Map Services. From the summary section: "With a WMS and associated WFS, it is possible to use data linking and reporting, use legends and in print templates, identify, search and query, configure the image format, configure the spatial reference, add parameters to the map URL, use HTTP (web tier) authentication, and operate without a proxy."

  Thanks for the reply, but which version of GE (and the Admin guide) are you talking about?  I'm assuming this is not applicable to older versions of GE.

  The section documenting OGC WFS support was added in GE 3.13. I can email you with a copy of the latest released version of our documentation from GE 4.4 if you'd like?
