Question about DisplayCaptureGeometry

In DisplayCaptureGeometry activity, there is a message (circled in image below) which i could not find where it is defined.  I want to know if I can change it or delete it completely.

  Hello Yinghong,

   

  That is the default value for the field called "Custom Geometry Instructions".  If you leave it blank it displays what you show in your screen capture otherwise it displays whatever you enter instead.
