Charting Bug - Scrolling down the Select Charts drop-down box by dragging scroll bar resizes Charts frame

I came across this bug when trying to select charts in the charts frame. I have many charts configured for my map, which is why I have to scroll a lot to select different charts in the 'Select Charts' drop-down list box. But, I can only scroll properly by using the mouse wheel. If I try to scroll faster by holding and dragging the scroll bar, the chart frame ends up resizing and the 'Select Charts' drop-down box ends up closing, without the user getting a chance to select any chart. I am on the latest version of IE and the latest version of the HTML5 viewer 2.5.2. In chrome, the Charts frame is also selected, but it does not resize the frame when dragging the scroll bar down.
