Labeling a webmap

I've created a webmap (ArcGIS Online) and have labeled all my features.  When I bring that webmap into my Geocortex project, the labels are not visible (Viewer for HTML5 2.5.2).  Any ideas why my labels aren't showing up?

  Services hosted on ArcGIS Online can be either Feature Services or Tiled Services.  Feature Services do not support labeling, but they are editable .  Tiled Services and Map Services support labeling.   For labels, I will use a Map Service hosted on ArcGIS Server.  I am assuming you can also make a tiled service for your labels.  There are probably a few different ways you can go about it.

  ArcGIS Online currently supports labeling of Feature Services (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/create-labels.htm)  

   

  Are there any plans for the viewer to support this?
