Resizing IE window makes map extent move to the outside of the county

GVH 2.5.2 - I have an issue with map extent jumping after resizing the IE window. I have reproduced this with IE 10 and 11. This is what happens:

1. Open IE and make it full screen.
2. Open a site.
3. Use the zoom in tool to draw a box to zoom into an area - Please see the image 1 below.
4. Click on the "Restore Down" button at the top right corner of IE
5. The map becomes white (nothing is displayed) - Please see the image 2 below.
6. Open the overview map and it tells me that the extent has moved out of the county boundary. - Please see the image 3 below.

This only happens right after opening the site and zooming first time. Once I zoom out and zoom to where I want to again, then resize IE window again, it does not happen any more. I saw some threads mentioned about extent not correct if the tiled map is there. I do have both dynamic and tiled map services. I also have feature services and images from image server as well. Does anyone else have this issue?

  I had similar issues. As a temporary workaround I used a workflow with a "runexternalcommand" to  "ZoomToInitialExtent" and have it run on open of the map. Also fixed the issue to the map not showing correctly when different people have different sized monitors

  Thanks for the information. I have created a workflow with a "runexternalcommand" to  "ZoomToInitialExtent", but I just cannot get the workflow to run at the startup even though I checked "Run on startup" check box. Even when I have only an alert in the workflow, it does not do anything. I guess I have an another issue. I am using 4.4.3 and GVH 2.5.2.

  I finally got the workflow working on startup. However the map still moves when I resize IE. This fixes the initial extent issue I also had. So that is great. Thanks.
