Have the Panels Slide

Is is possible to have the data frames that show up in the HTML Viewer be draggable? It seems the default behavior is to only have the frames open and close.

  What do you mean by draggable? You can resize them by dragging the open/close button of the side panel or the top section of the bottom panel.

  It's a little confusing because the Data Frame expandability is limited to the Open/Close button (click and hold on the chevron to expand and contract), whereas in Table View, the ability to expand and contract the table follows more standard UX conventions.
