How does the 'My Case' work?
Apologies for dumb question.
My posted cases have been closed without any comment or feedback from Geocortex support, I'm wondering what is the real purpose?

Hi,
The purpose of this section is so that you can track the progress of your cases. We want to include comments that are relavant and useful to the case, but often times we will solve the problem over a phone call so there is no need to make any comments in this section.

Hi,
I believe in your situation the case(s) were closed because a partner handles your support and not us. Your case was handed off to our partner and they would have contacted you.

Thanks Wayne, That's makes sense. We haven't been contacted by a partner and I assume that you are refereing to a reseller.
We had used 'MyCases' to report a bug in HTML5 Viewer 2.5.2. What is the best way to report a bug?0
