Issues adding one of our secured servers using https://
I have added one of our sites using https:// (server version 10.3.1) but another one of our ArcGIS servers will not cooperate. This one was recently built out using ESRI Amazon Cloud Builder with AMI containing server 10.4. Any help would be appreciated. I am not using the Token URL field on the https: connection that works, and assume I can do the same with this one. Probably missing a checkbox somewhere on the server.

Also, I have tried using the DNS name of the load balancer instead of our domain name, and that did not work for me either.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Aaron,
First have a look at the Manager system log to see if there is a more detailed explanation for the error.
Since it is HTTPS that is failing an invlid certificate or SSL 3.0 is a likely cause of the problem.

Thank you for getting back to me. I looked through the logs, and could not find anything.
We are using SSL 3.0 certs on both servers in question. One of them (running 10.3.1) connects through https: while the other (running 10.4 ) will not make the connection.
Best,

I have the same issue trying to conenct to a 10.3.1 arcgis server with HTTPS. 0
