Hello Majdoleen,
Geocortex Essentials and the viewers support Geoserver services. You are able to add a WMS, then edit the connection settings of the service in order to add the associated WFS. We don't support adding WFS services or connections through the Add Map Service process.
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
I already tried yours, but seems it doesn't work!!_img_ alt="User-added image" src="https://latitudegeo--c.na53.content.force.com/servlet/rtaImage?eid=907600000004FaV&feoid=Body&refid=0EM600000004Xw7" _/_img_
taking into consideration that the WFS service is working fine,

Thank you in advance,

Hello Majdoleenm,
The configuration dialog for adding a WFS is accessed once you've already added the WMS to the site, then edit the service at the map service level. Click 'Edit Connection' and on this dialog you are able to edit the WFS URL. The GE Administrator and Developer Guide.pdf provides all the necessary information relating to configuring this, along with the Query Provider settings.
Thanks, Stefan
