Identify tool stop working sometimes

Hi All,

 

 

 

The identify tools stop working sometimes, and thus as the target feature is clicked then no results show up. To resolve this, we need refresh the browser.

  I find that sometimes the identify does not work if you click on a feature, but if you then drag a rectangle, even a tiny bit, then it works...
