    Hi Rebecca,

Have you tried clearing your cache, and/or opening your site in a private browsing window?

    Thanks!

I have and that works but I don't want our users to run into this issue. Guaranteed most of them won't know to clear their cache (or how to even do that).

    Hi Rebecca,

I just tested this scenerio on my VM, but was not able to duplicate it.  What happens when you click the sign out button from the 'Access Denied' screen?  Does it immediately redirect you to the same 'Access Denied' page, or does it re-prompt you for your credentials?

    Thanks!

I find that this is only troublesome fi you go to different sites.  Most users will only have one site that they log in to, and if their log in info is cached, that is not a problem.  For me, who administers multiple sites with multiple log ins, it is a pain.  Log in to one, it's ok, but then go to different site, and you get the error you describe.  I used to try clearing cache, etc, but have found easiest way is to go into the original site and then log out, then you can go to a new site and then log in.
