Data Link Lists in HTML5

I'm wondering how people are handling data link lists in the HTML5 Viewer.

 

Currently, we use Silverlight and the data links are shown as tabs.  This works well when you have multiple data links with long list of records in each datalink.

 

However, in the HTML Viewer, data links are shown below the feature details and if your data link

 

lists are long, you are required to scroll thru a very long list. That's assuming 1 data link ...in my case we have multiple data link lists showing permits, assessment values, building info etc.

 

Suggestions?  a report?
