Map doesn't apear in Main Map display while printing at minimum cache size.
I've ssen this posted before but never saw a resolution. Our Base Map minimum cache size is 1:240 so it makes sense that our minimum scale scale option would be 1:240. Unfortunatley, when I try to print at this level the map doesn't draw and the MainMap window is just white unless i am also displaying a dynamic service layer but only the dynamic layer draws. I created a new scale level of 1:241 and and that scale the map does display. Is there a reason it doesn't at the 1:240 level? Thanks!

Hi Jeff,
It is a known issue that the base map will fail to print at the max/min scale due to the rounding involved with calculating the map extent and scale for the print template. However, this problem is fixed in the new release of Geocortex Essentials 4.5 which is projected to come out at the end of this month.
I hope this helps.

You can tweak this and get it working by adding an additional cache scale but not generate the cache (e.g. 200) 0 -
Hey Jeff,
Our minimum scale level is 1:600 and we had the same issue. Here is how we got around the bug.
In our print template we created a map scale of 1:601 and named it 1:600 (1"=50'). This seems to fix the display problem. However, THE USER MUST SELECT THAT SPECIFIC SCALE. They can not use the "Current Scale". We built a workflow that runs when you click the print button. It checks the current map scale and if it is currently at 1:600, it notifies the user to pick the desired scale.
Not ideal but it has been working for us for several months. Here is a link to the site (should be zoomed all the way in) open the toolbar and click Print to see it in action.

So I'm having a similar issue, except that our aerial has cached scales beyond what I'm trying to print (eg 150). I can print at dpi lower than 300 fine, but I cannot print at 300 dpi for this aerial (others work fine) as long as the current scale is 300 or closer. At a scale of 600 I can print at 300 dpi. I tried what Bryan suggested and changed the 300 to actually be 301, but that did't help. 0
