Error Running Report From Workflow: 'Cannot Find Report "0"'

I am running a workflow based off of the example workflow in the 'Getting Started with Workflows' workbook where I am searching for a Facility by Facility name. In the results, I'd like there to be a link to view a report with more details from the layer and am getting the error 'Cannot Find Report "0"' when running it in my viewer. I have confirmed that the report ID is in fact '0'. Has anyone ever encountered this?
