11x17 print template

We are in the process of launching our first essentials site.  When we choose 8.5x11 print template, it allows the user to put in a title and map notes.  When we choose the 11x17 option, the prompts for title and map notes disappears, yet there is place for both on the map template.  Any idea how to get these prompts back?  Thanks!

  Hi Michael,

   

  if you go into the properties of the print template in manager, and look at the Text Fields tab, you will be able to add editable fields for the Title and Notes.  If you are using the default template, these fields are called _Title and _Notes.
