I have a report that runs mailing labels in Avery 5160 and I'm able to get 10 rows of labels to print properly in rtf format. Here are the size settings

    Report width: 8

    Detail height: 1.024

    Column spacing: 0.25

    Top margin: 0.5

    Bottom margin: 0

    Left/Right margin: 0.19

    Gutter: 0

Thanks for replying John.  Your values are similar to mine, except for the bottom margin...  Where do you set the Bottom margin?  I've been looking for it, but so far haven't been able to...

You can set your margin values in the Report Settings, which is under the File menu in Report Designer.

When I follow your settings, my labels are not spaced properly between rows of labels, and they quickly come off the actual label.  For some reason, whenever I set the report to RTF, I need to make my labels taller than 1 inch - usually around 1.119.  If I set to PDF, then 1 inch is fine...

Here's a copy of my report file. There's gotta be some finicky difference between our settings causing the issue. That or the issue is outside of Geocortex.

John, any chance you could email that report?  For some reason when I try to unzip it, nothing is there...  mhargreaves@srcity.org (To: mhargreaves@srcity.org) mailto:mhargreaves@srcity.org

I was able to get that finally, and was able to get one of my label reports to work, thanks.  I'm not sure what it was, but I did notice that you did not have page header or footer...

This was very helpful as always, John. I took out the header and adjusted the height and it works great. Thanks!
