text markup tool broken unless sticky

The text markup tool does not work in the default GE viewer if sticky is turned off. This is a bug.

 

nyone have an idea if this has been picked up already and is in the process of being fixed?

  Hi Matthew,

   

  What version of the viewer are you using?  We had this reported for the Silverlight viewer, but it was fixed in 2.5.

  Hi Danny, 

   

  We are GE 4.4.3 and HTML5 2.5.2 Viewer. Seems to still be a new issue if it hasn't been recorded for HTML5 before.

  I've verified this behaviour in GVH 2.5.2 and GVH 2.5.3.  I'll file it as a bug and add you as a stakeholder.
