GCE 4.5 Intall - Identity server problem

The only time I've ever had problems upgrading was during the beta. It looks like all the problems with the beta have not been resolved. There was a solution to this on the beta site, but those posts have been taken down. Can someone offer a solution?  Error below occurs when trying to finish post-install.

 

System.InvalidOperationException: Error creating web application: /Geocortex/IdentityServer ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.

  Hi Ethan,

   

  This message suggests that the Identity Server Setup Utility application returned an error. Please have a look at your Post Installer log to see if there is a message like this that might provide some more details. "The setup utility 'C:\Program Files...' returned an error..."

  And where would that Post Installer log be?

  By default it would be here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Post Install\Logs

  Got it. System.2016-04-01 reads:

  I never got an answer on this and I'm getting the same error upgrading to 4.6.2. What is the fix?

  Hi Ethan,

   

  It sounds like your Identity Server configuration is corrupt.  Given that this seems to happen for you with every upgrade (If I'm understanding that right), there may be an underlying issue on the file system that's causing this issue.  If that's the case, you may find some clues in the event viewer on the server.

  Just tried to upgrade to 4.6.3 and I got the following below and here is the link to my post install log
