Login problems after login to a different viewer as different user

We are having problems logging into a viewer after we have logged in on a different viewer as a different viewer. Has anyone else has this issue?

 

Steps: 

 

1) I logged into the KFD Fire Hydrant viewer as the KFDuser (GeoCortex Identity user) on Tuesday.

 

2) Wednesday morning I came in and pulled up the KGIS Advanced Maps (which doesn't have a KFDuser, Windows Integrated user) it gave me the Sign In page, the default user was the ruralmetro user, I put in my Windows user and got the below error message.

 

3) I had to open the KFD Fire Hydrant viewer and log out.

 

4) Then open the KGIS Advanced Maps again and login as the Windows user.

 

Error on login: Sign In was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again. Incorrect credentials or no authorization.
