Unique Value legend items being duplicated in 2.6 GVH5

Since upgrading to 2.6, I've noticed my parcel layer (displayed only in the Air Photo layer themes) is getting messed up in the Legend. The layer has unique values symbology to display Condos and First Nation parcels distinctly from Assessment Parcels. What happens is each value is repeating at least twice, as shown in the attached image.

 

 

But this does not happen with the parcel layer that is displayed in the All Layers theme. Has anyone else encountered this problem on their own sites? What can be done to correct it? On the internal site it happens for the condo items only - the others appear just once.
