Bug in Global Search in HTML5 Viewer 2.6?

I'm wondering if there is a bug in Global Search for the HTML5 Viewer 2.6.  If I type in a string that I know doesn't exist anywhere in my map, if there is a number in it, it will return a bunch of records.

 

- eg QWERTY doesn't return anything, but QWE4RTY returns hundreds of records.

 

It appears this happens for layers that have global search enabled, but have no fields added to the Fields tab.

 

It doesn't happen with Silverlight.

 

I assume this is a bug....

  Yes this is a bug in 2.6.0: Letters are chopped from search text when using Instant Search if the search string contains both letters and numbers

  Thanks Nico.  FYI, I don't have Instant Search enabled right now, although I did index a few services a while back.
