Parcel Selection pane pops up when initializing a parcel selection workflow

  It is empty and leaves the message "Items appear after you perform a valid search or other task that returns results" and the pane appears docked at the bottom pane of the application instead of the side pane.  1. It is kind of in the way and shrinks your map display. 2.  When you do select a parcel it does not display the selection information.  3. It did not do this in GVH 2.5.
