Newly Replaced Layer Crawled By Instant Search Not Working

I recently needed to remove a parcel layer that was the layer we had crawled with instant search (the only layer we had crawled). I replaced it with a new layer and then crawled it. Now instant search is not working at all, when before it was working. I'm fairly certian I have checked all of the boxes nessesary, but still nothing  has worked.
