    Good day Peter,

     

    There is currently a bug that triggers when you try to run Essentials and Insight on the same server.  Please check out the known issues KB article for details:

    I did that changes but still getting the same error. ( I have restart server after changes)

    What exactly did you change?  Are you still running Essentials and Insight on the same server?

    I Have done this:

     

    Stop the Geocortex Core service on the Hub server.

     

    Modify the ElasticSearch configuration file here: C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Core\Roles\ElasticSearch\2.3.1\elasticsearch-1.5.1\config\elasticsearch.yml

     

    Add the following entries:

     

    indices.fielddata.cache.size: 60% indices.breaker.total.limit: 80%

     

    Modify the ElasticSearch role.config file here: C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\NSRoot\Geocortex\Core\Roles\ElasticSearch\2.3.1\role.config

     

    Increase the Value parameter from 1g to 3g:

     

    <StartupSetting Key="MaxMemory" Value="1g" />

     

    Start the Geocortex Core service on the Hub server

     

    Yes, I still have both of them on the same server.

    Hi Peter,

     

    Sorry I think I was unclear when I wrote that original message.  Please look at the bottom of the Known Issues KB article.  The exact heading is "Insight stops working after upgrading to Essentials 4.5, when Insight hub and Essentials are on the same server"
