Possible to embed 'details' section in HTML5 viewer?

Hi guys

 

We want to show things like ByLaw details depending on the zone clicked in the HTML5 viewer.  These details should appear directly beneath the map viewer in a tabular format.  Is this possible?  Can somebody recommend a tutorial I can review if so?

  Yes but with some customization. How about using Data Links instead? Create a table with the Zoning District Code and Bylaw. Then use a Data Link to query the Bylaws based on the feature's zoning code selected? You may need to set this up as a M:M relationship but it would work similarly.

  Steven, Chapter 33 - Data Links in the Essentials Administrator Guide covers setting up and using Data Links pretty well. I would suggest building your lookup table at first in MS Access or Excel to get a schema that works for you. This is the easiest Data Link to setup and modify for the vast majority of our clients.
