Bing Maps no longer working with Linked Maps

We recently updated to Essentials 4.5.1 and Viewer for HTML5 2.6.1 a few days ago.  I just discovered that the Bing Maps for Linked Maps will not display.  The screen is white.  I can use Google Street View.  Did we lose something in the upgrade or need to set an configuration option somewhere?  Any ideas appreciated!  Thanks!
