Delay in sign-in - Geocortex 4.5

Hi there,

 

I have installed Geocortex 4.5 (Upgrade 4.1) and I have issue with log-in to manager and sign-in in viewers ( SIlverlight & HTML5 )

 

Log in to rest manager takes longer than before but the main problem is when I'm trying to sign-in to viewer ( I have secured website ), in this new version(4.5) it takes about 55 second to sign-in. I still have privous version on the other machine and it takes only 2 second to sign-in. I have tested this issue on two servers(Upgrade geocortex on both servers) and same problem for both of them after upgrade.

 

I have checked and found out this request takes 55 second.

    Also having issues with logging in to sites.  Our problems are on iPads and using VPN.
