Attachment Manager Sample

I'm trying to get the Attachment Manager sample workflow to work in my site.  I'm using 4.5.1/2.6.1.  I set it up on a file gdb for two layers, one point and the other polygon.  Attachments work in ArcMap.  I followed directions and added workflow to site, and then went into properties for the two layers and entered HasAttachments. 

 

When I try either layer, after I select geometry and click next, I always get "No feature was found at that point."

 

Any Ideas?

  I have the same issue. Did you ever figure it out?

  Mine asks what layer has attachments

   

  selects the feature (geometry captured) click OK

   

  and ERROR

   

  

   

  I've checked the QueryTask in the workflow, I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

   

  Either of you guys had any luck?

  Sorry, but never got back to this.  I've just started working with the new workflow (GW5), and while I haven't yet played with it yet, I did notice that there was an activity related to attachments.  So far, GW5 seems easier than the old workflow...
