HTML5 viewer - Bug for disabling tool in I want to menu

Hi,

 

I've just figured out if user dosn't have access to a tool which is added in "I want to menu" (HTML5 Viewer), tool is not changing to disable ( grey colour), it works fine if the tool is in toolbar or this is working fine in Silverlight Viewer I want to menu or toolbar, but has this problem happens in HTML5 Viewer.

  I am having the same problem in essentails 4.9.0  html 5 2.10.0
